CyberAccord

Privacy Policy

Effective June 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how CyberAccord(“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use this site and request our cybersecurity services. CyberAccord is based in Houston, Texas.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you provide. When you submit the contact form, request a resource (such as the cyber-insurance readiness checklist), or book a consultation, we collect your name, work email, company, and any details you include (and a phone number if you provide one).
  • Chat assistant. Messages you type into the on-site assistant are processed to answer your question. We do not store chat transcripts on our servers. Please do not enter sensitive personal information in the chat.
  • Automatically collected. Privacy- friendly, aggregate analytics (page views and events) and standard server logs (including IP address) used for security and to prevent abuse. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

2. How we use information

To respond to your inquiry, scope and schedule consultations or assessments, deliver resources you request, operate and improve the site, and protect it against abuse. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

3. Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run this site, under agreements that limit their use of it:

  • Hosting and aggregate analytics (our website host).
  • Email delivery of your form submissions to our team.
  • Scheduling, when you book a consultation.
  • An AI provider that powers the chat assistant and processes your messages to generate replies.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where the GDPR applies, we process your information based on your consent (forms and resource requests) and our legitimate interests (responding to business inquiries and securing the site). You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port your personal information. California residents may request to know, delete, and correct their information; we do not sell or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any right, email info@cyberaccord.com.

6. Data retention & security

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business records, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. International transfers

We are based in the United States and information may be processed there. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

8. Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
